Basic Function and Scope of the Position:

Ensure achievement of territory sales objectives in line with the Company’s mission. Control, organize and direct sales activities for brands like Illumina – NGS & Microarray, Covaris, Fluidigm, Genolution, AATI through both strategic and tactical activities. Provide regular reports on status of specific sales, potential market opportunities and market conditions, and competitor activities.

Role Description: 

The person shall be required to
1) Cover the target audience with effective product promotion

-Contribute to the development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans to drive rapid sales growth.
-Work with cross-functional teams and the Premas Life Sciences sales force to ensure marketing programs and events meet the needs of both internal and external customers
-Draft, design and conduct the Technical training program to internal team
-Develop local marketing initiatives that maximize sales team effectiveness and overall penetration of product line and alignment of marketing activities with Principal Companies.
-Assist in the development and execution of promotional plans, marketing presentations, tradeshow strategy, peer-to-peer programs, and general sales force support.
-To maintain and strengthen the relationship with Principal Business partner companies.

-Independently determine and develop approaches to solutions, specifically in upstream marketing like Innovation, new markets, and successfully launching new products within the country.
-Help leverage social media to up our marketing coverage/create content.
-Help in developing of high impact product campaigns, either launch or refocus, ensuring accurate market segmentation and positioning of the products.
-Represent the company at various Conferences, Workshops and business meetings to promote the company and promote positive relations with partners and Sub distributors.
-Networking within the clients/customers and key opinion leaders including engagement with various clients.
-Develop and manage Marketing budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
